Description

  • Drive new business growth by identifying and engaging agency and brand prospects through outbound outreach.
  • Build and own a high-quality sales pipeline and develop long-term revenue opportunities.
  • Manage opportunities through the full sales cycle from initial conversation to closed-won business.
  • Reach decision-makers through email, phone, LinkedIn, and industry events to build partnerships.
  • Collaborate on pitches and proposals that shape campaign strategies for client needs.
  • Re-engage lapsed customers and expand existing opportunities to uncover new growth.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and CRM data to support sales discipline and forecasting.
  • Use structured sales frameworks such as MEDDIC to qualify, advance, and close complex deals.
  • Work closely with Sales and Account Management teams from outreach through campaign launch and client success.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in sales or business development in media or advertising.
  • Strong prospecting skills and confidence in outbound outreach.
  • A disciplined and organized approach to pipeline building and opportunity tracking.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
  • Interest in digital advertising and programmatic media.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn technical concepts related to DSP platforms.
  • Exposure to MEDDIC or other structured sales methodologies is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to meet clients within the region.
  • Candidates must be based in England for this remote-first role.
