Description

  • Identify, pitch, and close new platform sales deals with in-house marketing teams and brands.
  • Develop and execute an outbound sales strategy for target accounts in assigned verticals.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of brand-direct prospects using CRM tools and activity benchmarks.
  • Collaborate with management, product, and solutions teams to define client needs and shape vertical offerings.
  • Translate field insights into product strategy and act as a customer advocate internally.
  • Create value-based pitch decks and supporting research to close business with executive-level prospects.
  • Track market trends, competitive threats, and evolving client needs in digital media.
  • Work with Account Managers to ensure smooth handoffs, client success, and expansion opportunities.

Requirements

  • Track record of hitting and exceeding quotas in hunter-focused sales roles.
  • Experience in digital advertising, with strong preference for programmatic advertising experience.
  • Comfort selling directly to brands and in-house marketing teams using consultative, solution-based selling.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Experience developing and implementing go-to-market plans, including ICP definition and segmentation frameworks.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts and platform knowledge to diverse audiences, including marketing executives.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, especially Salesforce, for pipeline management and forecasting.
  • Experience building client relationships and driving top-line revenue growth through new logo acquisition.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to meet with clients regionally.
