Description

  • Prospect, qualify, and build a robust sales pipeline for strategic accounts.
  • Drive net-new business across key enterprise accounts with 10,000+ employees.
  • Develop strong client relationships to support revenue generation and account growth.
  • Close new business consistently at or above quota.
  • Create and execute a strategic territory plan and reliable forecasts.
  • Build demand and help customers consider Stack Overflow solutions they may not have previously evaluated.
  • Contribute to sales playbooks and provide input to the product roadmap.
  • Become a thought leader on the Teams product.
  • Adapt to objections, maintain rapport, and manage the sales process under pressure.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of overall SaaS sales experience with a successful track record supporting strategic clients with 10,000+ employees.
  • 5+ years of experience selling enterprise technology in a fast-paced, competitive market.
  • A consultative, relationship-driven sales approach and a strong desire to help clients.
  • Demonstrated long-term success and upward mobility in previous roles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to work effectively with C-level stakeholders.
  • Self-starter who can thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • High energy, curiosity, an agile mindset, and a strong desire to learn the business.
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and implementation skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Passion for Stack Overflow’s mission and its connection to developers.
  • West-coast territory coverage, with candidates ideally based in the area.
