Description

  • Achieve annual sales quota and personally negotiate enterprise-wide agreements.
  • Coordinate and lead all sales activities to support business goals.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the partner ecosystem to identify, develop, accelerate, upsell, and close transactions.
  • Sell NICE solutions that support the operational needs of clients and prospects.
  • Ensure proposed sales and solutions align with NICE CxOne strengths and can be successfully implemented.
  • Establish new strategic relationships and maintain existing customer relationships.
  • Analyze customer business situations to identify constraints and opportunities created by technological advances.
  • Develop and maintain high-level relationships with C-level executives.
  • Initiate, support, develop, and monitor purchasing agreements between NICE CxOne and customers.

Requirements

  • Must be located in the state of Tennessee.
  • 5+ years of sales experience selling multiple software products and services into sophisticated accounts in a hunter-type role.
  • 1+ years of experience selling Conversational AI and/or Digital Transformation solutions into enterprise accounts.
  • Previous experience in SLED, call center, or software industries.
  • Strong relationship and client management skills with the ability to build trust and resolve customer escalations.
  • Collaborative sales approach with experience working across multiple internal and external groups.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills for C- and VP-level executives.
  • Self-sufficient, flexible, and confident, with a preference for autonomy and ownership of activities and processes.
  • Experience or knowledge of CCaaS, CX, and Conversational AI solutions is preferred.
  • Experience or knowledge selling a full suite of SaaS products is preferred.
