Description

  • Identify, prospect, and close new enterprise opportunities across New Zealand.
  • Own the full sales cycle from outreach through contract execution.
  • Build and maintain a strong, predictable sales pipeline.
  • Develop proposals and business cases focused on return on investment.
  • Engage C-level and senior decision-makers in strategic sales conversations.
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic enterprise customers.
  • Identify expansion and cross-sell opportunities aligned to customer roadmaps.
  • Lead discovery sessions, executive workshops, and value-led consulting engagements.
  • Translate business challenges into actionable digital roadmaps.
  • Collaborate with regional marketing, solutions, and delivery teams to refine go-to-market strategy and support deal progression.

Requirements

  • Proven success in B2B SaaS new business sales.
  • Experience growing and expanding enterprise accounts.
  • Comfortable leading strategic, consultative sales engagements.
  • Background in a digital agency or digital consulting environment is highly regarded.
  • Experience in government, higher education, professional services, or utilities is highly regarded.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to articulate return on investment.
  • Confident influencing and engaging senior stakeholders.
  • Self-driven and comfortable operating autonomously in a growth market.
  • Strong communication skills and disciplined CRM and pipeline management.
