Description

  • Build and own inbound and outbound revenue marketing programs, including digital, field, and partner marketing in coordination with Sales.
  • Develop and execute SEO, paid media, email nurture, content-led acquisition, and ABM campaigns targeting the company’s ICP.
  • Use SaaS KPIs, dashboards, forecasting, and reverse pipeline math to manage performance and ensure accurate targets and forecasts.
  • Design account-based strategies that create early buyer awareness before RFPs and interrupt incumbent upgrade paths.
  • Lead AI-assisted outbound campaign sequences with Sales leadership and align outreach to marketing-generated intent signals.
  • Own field marketing strategy, including regional roundtables, executive events, and prospect-facing activations that convert to pipeline.
  • Develop and manage partner co-marketing programs with key channel partners to drive partner-influenced pipeline and co-branded awareness.
  • Own executive oversight of the annual event calendar, including trade shows, conferences, executive engagements, and hosted events.
  • Lead strategic planning for the annual client conference, including programming, sponsorships, logistics, attendee experience, and pipeline conversion programs.
  • Own SpryPoint’s product positioning, competitive differentiation, buyer messaging, content strategy, and web presence as demand generation assets.
  • Build messaging architecture, competitive intelligence, battlecards, objection handling, and buyer enablement assets across the full funnel.
  • Partner with Product, Revenue Operations, Sales, and external contractors to align marketing with GTM priorities and improve the marketing operating model.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • 8+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, including at least 3 years at director or senior director level with pipeline accountability.
  • Demonstrated track record of building inbound pipeline programs from scratch and tying programs to pipeline results.
  • Strong working knowledge of product marketing fundamentals, including messaging architecture, competitive positioning, buyer personas, and sales enablement.
  • Experience owning MQL and SQL targets, presenting attribution data, and being measured on revenue contribution.
  • Experience operating as the senior marketing leader in a lean team environment while directing contractors and building teams incrementally.
  • Strong people management experience, including the ability to assess performance quickly and take decisive action when needed.
  • Expert fluency in HubSpot, Salesforce, and marketing analytics tools.
  • Experience with ZoomInfo or equivalent intent data platforms is a plus.
  • Preferred experience marketing to government, utility, quasi-government, or infrastructure buyers with long, multi-stakeholder procurement cycles.
  • Preferred experience owning large annual client conferences and high-investment industry event programs.
  • Preferred background in high-growth, PE-backed, scale-up SaaS environments.
  • Preferred familiarity with channel partner marketing models and partner-influenced pipeline reporting.
  • Preferred experience building or scaling a product marketing function, or working closely with a PMM team.
