Description

  • Own the full marketing function across brand, content, paid search, SEO, and sales enablement.
  • Build a structured, cost-conscious lead generation engine that drives near-term pipeline and long-term digital authority.
  • Manage the external agency relationship and day-to-day marketing execution.
  • Work closely with UK SDRs, BDRs, and Account Executives to align marketing activity with revenue goals.
  • Develop and execute an AI strategy for sales and marketing, including new tools, workflows, and optimization.
  • Create and manage content, social media, campaigns, microsites, and website updates.
  • Oversee PPC, paid ads, SEO, and AI search visibility efforts.
  • Produce sales enablement assets such as case studies, landing pages, target lists, and contact validation support.
  • Use automation and AI tools to improve reporting, copy production, prospecting, and campaign performance.
  • Monitor market and AI developments to continuously improve marketing operations and strategy.

Requirements

  • 3-6 years of experience in a B2B SaaS marketing role, ideally in supply chain or other data-driven industries.
  • Proven experience running demand generation campaigns end-to-end, from list building to conversion.
  • Experience managing or collaborating with an external digital agency.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot, Clay, Smartlead, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Strong practical experience using AI tools in a marketing context across content, prospecting, and campaign workflows.
  • Experience defining or contributing to an AI strategy, not just using individual AI tools.
  • Data-driven approach with experience tracking campaign metrics, pipeline contribution, cost per lead, and conversion rates.
  • Collaborative mindset and comfort working as part of a revenue team.
  • Nice-to-have experience in EDI, supply chain, ERP, e-invoicing, or procurement technology.
  • Nice-to-have familiarity with intent data tools and signal-based outreach workflows.
  • Nice-to-have experience building or managing microsites in Webflow, WordPress, Framer, or similar.
  • Nice-to-have background in a scale-up or PE-backed growth environment.
