Description

  • Lead end-to-end strategy and execution for fundraising campaigns from narrative development through launch and optimization.
  • Build and scale a multi-channel fundraising pipeline across high-net-worth individuals, foundations, and corporate partners.
  • Develop compelling fundraising cases for support that connect donor investment to cultural impact and measurable outcomes.
  • Drive cross-sector partnership fundraising with corporate partners, cultural institutions, and nonprofit organizations.
  • Partner with marketing, product, partnerships, and frontline fundraising teams to align messaging and enable campaign execution.
  • Design performance frameworks and dashboards to monitor pipeline health, campaign effectiveness, and return on investment.
  • Use data, experimentation, and insights to continuously refine fundraising strategy and improve conversion.
  • Support senior leadership with long-term planning, resource allocation, and investment prioritization for large-scale fundraising growth.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of career experience.
  • Experience leading high-value fundraising campaigns, large-scale product marketing initiatives, or complex go-to-market strategies.
  • Track record of driving significant revenue growth preferred.
  • Experience working with C-suite leaders; client-facing experience preferred.
  • Ability to translate complex strategies into compelling, people-centered cases for support.
  • Proven ability to build and manage sophisticated pipelines using segmentation, targeting, and donor engagement strategies.
  • Demonstrated success working with foundations, high-net-worth donors, and/or corporate leaders to structure funding partnerships preferred.
  • Familiarity with media, storytelling, or cultural campaigns and how large-scale activations drive engagement and behavior change preferred.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with experience building and scaling new initiatives in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong analytical orientation with experience using metrics to guide strategy, measure success, and optimize performance.
