Description

  • Design, build, and continuously improve workflows in Pigment for budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and headcount planning.
  • Train and enable finance business partners to build their own models, dashboards, and reports in Pigment.
  • Build and maintain foundational models directly in Pigment to support planning cycles and ad hoc analysis.
  • Own the health of Pigment data pipelines and integrations with systems such as NetSuite, TeamOhana, and Salesforce.
  • Serve as the FP&A team’s AI evangelist by expanding use of Pigment’s native AI agents and Claude integrations.
  • Provide troubleshooting, documentation, and ongoing support as the primary contact for Pigment users across Finance.
  • Partner with FP&A leadership and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into system and process improvements.
  • Monitor Pigment’s product roadmap and broader FP&A tooling and AI trends to identify new opportunities.
  • Lead onboarding and training efforts to improve finance team self-sufficiency over time.

Requirements

  • Deep, hands-on experience with Pigment, including model architecture, formula logic, workflow design, and system administration.
  • 3-5+ years of experience implementing Pigment or a comparable EPM/FP&A planning tool such as Anaplan or Adaptive Planning.
  • Experience building and maintaining data integrations between an EPM platform and systems such as NetSuite, Salesforce, or HRIS/headcount tools like TeamOhana or Workday.
  • Experience with SQL and a strong understanding of data flows, integrations, and governance across finance systems.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to train and enable non-technical business partners.
  • Strong analytical instincts and attention to detail, with a track record of ensuring data integrity and system accuracy at scale.
  • Hands-on experience applying AI and automation tools to finance workflows.
  • Experience at a high-growth B2B SaaS company (preferred).
  • Familiarity with Pigment’s native AI capabilities and integrations with LLMs such as Claude (preferred).
  • Experience partnering with FP&A or corporate finance leadership on systems and automation roadmaps (preferred).

  • Current hiring range of $130,400–$180,000 annually, with Zone 1 pay of $143,400–$215,200 and Zone 2 pay of $130,400–$195,600.
