Description

  • Evaluate AI and generative AI tools based on technical feasibility, cost, risk, scalability, and business fit.
  • Plan, execute, and document proofs of concept (POCs), defining success criteria and recommending continuation or discontinuation.
  • Support the transition of successful AI solutions into production through integration architecture, technical requirements, and sustainment plans.
  • Ensure AI solutions comply with security, privacy, LGPD, compliance, and responsible AI guidelines.
  • Create AI guidelines and best practices, and deliver workshops and training to increase organizational maturity.
  • Advise Technology, Information Security, Legal, Data, and Business teams while monitoring solution impact and identifying improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Solid practical experience with AWS Cloud.
  • Strong experience evaluating, testing, and implementing AI solutions.
  • Experience with Machine Learning, LLMs, and generative AI.
  • Practical experience planning and executing POCs.
  • Experience transitioning AI solutions from experimental to production environments.
  • Knowledge of systems architecture, API integration, and data engineering concepts.
  • Familiarity with AI governance, information security, privacy requirements, and LGPD.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse business audiences.
  • Preferred: postgraduate education or certifications in AI, Data Science, or Cloud; MLOps and model deployment experience; advanced prompt engineering, RAG, fine-tuning, or AI governance committee experience.
