Description

  • Own marketplace relationships and performance for Temu, Best Buy, and Wayfair.
  • Lead relationship development strategy to maximize use of channel programs and opportunities.
  • Identify and pursue ways to scale the business through promotions, advertising, reviews, content optimization, shipping speed, and customer experience.
  • Define metrics for success and track channel performance against them.
  • Partner with Channel Operations to ensure backend operations are functioning effectively.
  • Monitor customer feedback ratings, shipping metrics, active listings, and returns.
  • Lead executive-level conversations with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Build financial and workflow/process models to support strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate across large, complex organizations to execute channel strategy.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to lead executive-level conversations with internal and external partners.
  • Strategic and creative thinker with the ability to identify and define new business opportunities.
  • Strong focus on operational efficiency and excellence, including improving existing processes and building new ones.
  • Forward-thinking approach to channel management with awareness of future market trends.
  • Demonstrated experience with full P&L ownership and accountability.
  • Deep understanding of retail pricing strategies and their impact on business performance.
  • Highly proficient in building financial models and workflow/process models.
  • Prior experience in the e-commerce industry and understanding of its unique challenges and opportunities.
  • Experience working cross-functionally within large, complex organizations.
  • College degree not required; candidates with non-linear career paths are welcome.
  • Must reside in an eligible Work Your Way state, including Nebraska and other listed states.
