Description

  • Lead technical discovery sessions with prospects and customers to identify needs and align use cases with Spreedly capabilities.
  • Deliver product demonstrations, architecture diagrams, and technical documentation for sales evaluations.
  • Translate business and technical requirements into scalable solution proposals and implementation plans.
  • Develop and maintain reusable demo environments, solution artifacts, and objection-handling templates.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to provide prospect feedback and validate solution feasibility.
  • Partner with Customer Success and Support to ensure effective implementation handoffs.
  • Serve as a technical expert for RFPs, security reviews, and compliance questionnaires.
  • Educate internal teams on platform capabilities, integration patterns, and sales enablement materials.
  • Support enterprise sales motions during discovery and demo stages.
  • Travel regularly within the United States and work during US business hours.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Technical Account Management within B2B SaaS or fintech.
  • Industry experience with eCommerce, payment service providers, payment orchestration, or payment platforms.
  • Background in payments, card-not-present commerce, fraud, or payment gateways preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of APIs, SDKs, and system integration principles, especially REST and webhooks.
  • Familiarity with Python, Ruby, JavaScript, or other scripting and backend programming languages is a plus.
  • Experience collaborating with Sales and Product teams on enterprise deals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including customer-facing documentation.
  • Ability to simplify complex technical topics and guide customer decisions.
  • Experience with implementation or support functions is a plus.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the job-location country without current or future sponsorship; finalist candidates must pass background and reference checks. Remote employment from New York is not supported.
