Description

  • Assist with planning and managing product development programs and initiatives aligned with business objectives.
  • Support budgeting, financial planning, forecasting, and expenditure tracking for product development.
  • Lead cross-functional strategic projects, coordinating objectives, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables.
  • Optimize processes, reporting frameworks, and standards across product development teams.
  • Manage weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPI and departmental reporting.
  • Support roadmap documentation, integrated product delivery plans, and quarterly, biannual, and annual R&D planning.
  • Coordinate release plans and educational readiness for seasonal launches.
  • Track risks, issues, and interdependencies and collaborate on mitigation strategies.
  • Develop training materials, presentations, and resources for internal stakeholders.
  • Partner with Product Management, Engineering, Finance, and executive stakeholders to improve delivery pace, cost, quality, and execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
  • 5+ years of experience implementing technical projects and programs.
  • Experience with SaaS platforms and products preferred.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, or Jellyfish.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI and financial tracking tools.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, communication, presentation, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, changing environment and prioritizing competing deadlines.
  • Experience partnering with senior and executive leadership and influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, solve problems creatively, and drive continuous improvement.
  • PMP certification, Agile methodology experience, or Lean/Six Sigma experience preferred; remote work within the United States with up to 10% travel required.
