Description

  • Lead enterprise portfolio management, aligning technology investments, business priorities, product roadmaps, and delivery commitments.
  • Establish prioritization and resource-allocation models balancing operations, improvement, foundational investments, and transformation.
  • Design and lead an AI-enabled technology intake and work-management capability with clear ownership and accountability.
  • Establish portfolio, program, project, and agile delivery practices that improve execution and visibility.
  • Apply AI, automation, and modern work-management technologies to improve planning, forecasting, reporting, decision-making, and delivery.
  • Create integrated visibility into enterprise demand, capacity, priorities, investments, and delivery performance.
  • Streamline governance, standardize services, and partner with architecture, security, and technology teams to accelerate delivery while managing risk.
  • Build executive partnerships and develop high-performing portfolio and delivery teams focused on ownership and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Significant experience leading technology portfolios, enterprise delivery functions, or large-scale technology transformation in complex, multi-team organizations.
  • Strong strategic judgment and business acumen connecting technology investments, capacity, and execution to measurable outcomes.
  • Deep expertise in enterprise portfolio management, resource planning, program and project delivery, and agile or product-based operating models.
  • Proven ability to improve technology operating models, streamline processes, and lead organizational change.
  • Experience applying AI, automation, and modern technology platforms to business processes, decision-making, and delivery.
  • Executive-level communication and influence skills, including navigating ambiguity and aligning diverse stakeholders.
  • Entrepreneurial, principle-based leadership grounded in curiosity, sound judgment, collaboration, and value creation.
  • Commitment to Stand Together’s vision, principles, culture, and values of innovation, humility, respect, and empowerment.
  • Experience building or reinventing technology portfolios and delivery capabilities (preferred).
  • Experience with product-led delivery, enterprise platforms, shared services, and strategic transformation (preferred).
