Description

  • Own the full sales cycle for enterprise accounts, from pipeline generation through to deal closure.
  • Build and manage pipeline through outbound outreach and close coordination with a dedicated SDR.
  • Run personalised product demos that advance opportunities through the sales process.
  • Coach and partner with the SDR to secure high-quality, sales-accepted meetings.
  • Lead RFP and proposal responses, including drafting ROI documents.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline records and forecasts in HubSpot, following agreed processes.
  • Navigate complex enterprise buying processes involving procurement, legal, governance, compliance, and data protection stakeholders.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, customer success, and implementation teams.
  • Represent Spotted Zebra at industry events to build brand presence and pipeline.
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitor activity, sales techniques, and product developments.

Requirements

  • Proven SaaS sales experience selling into enterprise organisations with 3,000+ employees, ideally in HR tech, legal tech, or professional services.
  • Track record of closing £100k+ deals.
  • Experience navigating complex multi-stakeholder buying processes, including procurement, legal, and compliance.
  • Experience selling at Head of level or above, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Experience managing or coaching an SDR or similar sales team member.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and demo skills with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.
  • Excellent negotiation and objection-handling skills.
  • Growth mindset with a willingness to seek feedback, adapt, and keep developing.
  • Collaborative team-player approach with genuine care for customer needs.
  • Experience selling HR tech specifically, with knowledge of the talent acquisition or talent landscape, is preferred.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered products or selling in an emerging/innovative tech category is preferred.
  • Experience engaging at C-suite level is preferred.
  • An active professional network and personal brand is preferred.
