Description

  • Process HRIS changes including hires, promotions, contract updates, manager changes, and terminations.
  • Prepare contracts, amendments, payroll inputs, right-to-work checks, permits, certificates, and offboarding documentation.
  • Coordinate the full onboarding experience, including welcome materials, HRIS tasks, equipment, travel, accommodation, first-day logistics, and new-joiner touchpoints.
  • Administer leave, PTO approvals, documentation, and employee questions about policies, payslips, benefits, and processes.
  • Maintain accurate HRIS records, leave balances, country-specific information, employee documents, and access permissions.
  • Submit weekly staff updates and monthly KPI and staff-change reports, and maintain the organizational chart.
  • Administer employee platforms, including user access, routine maintenance, support, vendor coordination, and issue escalation.
  • Document and improve People Operations processes, automate repetitive work, identify data gaps, and support operational projects.
  • Support company-wide and team-level programs such as training, feedback sessions, retreats, meetings, and performance-management tool rollouts.

Requirements

  • Experience managing employee lifecycle administration, HRIS transactions, onboarding, offboarding, leave, payroll inputs, and people data.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate, confidential employee records.
  • Ability to respond reliably to routine employee and manager questions and escalate sensitive matters appropriately.
  • Experience working with Legal, Finance, managers, payroll, group HR teams, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Process-improvement mindset with experience using workflows, templates, reminders, reports, or automation to reduce manual work.
  • Systems-thinking ability to understand how HRIS changes affect payroll, reporting, compliance, and employees.
  • Comfort using AI assistants such as Claude to improve efficiency, with sound judgment about appropriate use.
  • Ability to act on feedback, take ownership, meet recurring deadlines, and work independently.
  • Experience supporting training, feedback sessions, employee programs, or performance-management initiatives is preferred.
  • Ability to independently take over recurring People Operations responsibilities within the first six months.
