Description

  • Process HR transactions for hiring, onboarding, talent movements, headcount changes, and terminations.
  • Respond to employee inquiries through Workday Help and other Talent Services channels, resolving entry-level cases and explaining policies and resources.
  • Maintain accurate employee and organizational data in Workday and related systems through data entry, validation, and recurring audits.
  • Administer learning activities, including course creation, enrollments, attendance tracking, and travel requests.
  • Support talent and recruiting administration, including position and requisition creation, personnel changes, bonus processing, and job board audits.
  • Assist with compliance activities, process improvements, and cross-functional Talent & Development projects.
  • Provide accurate, efficient, and consistent operational support across the Talent & Development team.

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and high-quality work.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with strong organization and follow-through.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a service-oriented approach.
  • Curiosity, continuous learning mindset, and ability to solve process-related problems.
  • Technology proficiency and ability to quickly learn HR systems, tools, and processes.
  • Collaborative approach that prioritizes equity, access, inclusion, and continuous learning.
  • Previous experience in human resources operations, shared services, administration, or customer support preferred.
  • Familiarity with Workday, ADP, or similar HRIS platforms preferred.
  • Experience handling employee inquiries in a help desk, case management, shared services, or ticketing environment preferred.
