Description

  • Design, develop, and fine-tune generative AI and transformer-based models.
  • Build automated pipelines and intelligent agents using LangChain, LangGraph, and LangSmith.
  • Process large volumes of unstructured data using embeddings and statistical modeling to identify insights.
  • Integrate vector databases for similarity search and real-time analysis.
  • Develop production-grade ML systems for high-volume, real-time data processing.
  • Build NLP pipelines and hybrid models using PyTorch, Scikit-Learn, and spaCy.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to improve data management and support innovation.
  • Mentor junior ML engineers and communicate complex analyses clearly to stakeholders.
  • Stay current with developments in agentic AI, transformer models, and generative systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of production machine learning experience.
  • Track record of developing and deploying transformer-based models in scalable systems.
  • Proficiency in Python and machine or deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn, or spaCy.
  • Experience with NLP and modern LLM-based techniques.
  • Experience across the full ML lifecycle, including preprocessing, training, evaluation, and monitoring.
  • Skills in SQL and data extraction methods.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and interest in emerging generative AI trends.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Financial services, investment banking, venture capital, or private equity experience preferred.
