Description

  • Administer and optimize Salesforce across the US and Europe/UK sales regions, including data quality, custom objects, workflows, territories, user provisioning, and compliance-related data structures.
  • Build and maintain regional dashboards and consolidated forecast reporting in BI tools such as Looker or Superset.
  • Own pipeline, forecast, and KPI reporting with clear multi-region and multi-currency visibility for Sales leadership and Operations.
  • Apply a kaizen continuous-improvement approach to the sales funnel by identifying friction points, running improvement cycles, and measuring impact.
  • Document, standardize, and adapt end-to-end sales workflows such as lead routing, qualification, deal desk, and customer success handoff across regions.
  • Drive async coordination through Slack and design communication rhythms that keep US and Europe/UK teams aligned across time zones.
  • Translate multi-region pipeline and performance data into actionable insights for leadership.
  • Work closely with Sales leadership and the Head of Operations to turn regional strategy into execution.

Requirements

  • Fluent English with excellent writing skills.
  • Legally eligible to work in the United States.
  • Experience supporting or managing sales operations across multiple regions, ideally US and EMEA/UK simultaneously.
  • Proven track record applying kaizen or continuous improvement methodologies to sales or business processes.
  • Hands-on Salesforce administration experience, including multi-currency and multi-territory configuration.
  • Proficiency with BI tools such as Looker or Superset for building executive-ready dashboards.
  • Comfort working in an async-first environment using Slack across US and European time zones.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn performance data into actionable leadership insights.
  • Ability to work from home with a dedicated, quiet workspace.
  • Ability to thrive in a growing, fast-paced environment.
  • Comfort exploring and using emerging AI tools to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and creativity.
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of servers, networking, and AWS services is preferred.
  • Previous experience with Slack in a work-from-home environment is preferred.
  • Salesforce Admin Certification is a bonus.
  • Spanish language skills are a bonus.
