Description

  • Own revenue performance across the existing customer base, balancing growth and retention outcomes.
  • Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand customer value.
  • Support upgrades, renewals, and churn reduction efforts to improve retention.
  • Serve as the data-driven analyst bridging the Account team and Customer Success.
  • Use HubSpot as the system of record for revenue operations data and workflows.
  • Use Power BI to analyze and present performance insights.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support customer revenue strategy.
  • Help translate data into actionable recommendations for commercial teams.

Requirements

  • Experience in revenue operations, customer success operations, account management, or a related analytical role.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret revenue and customer data.
  • Experience working with HubSpot or a similar CRM system.
  • Experience using Power BI or a similar business intelligence/reporting tool.
  • Ability to partner across Account and Customer Success teams.
  • Experience in a global, supply chain, or other complex business environment is preferred.
  • Comfort working in a distributed workplace.
  • Professional development and growth orientation is valued.
