Description

  • Deliver incremental revenue from assigned existing customers.
  • Understand customer needs and communicate how Soracom’s solutions address their challenges to support retention and growth.
  • Proactively identify net new opportunities and expansion revenue within assigned accounts.
  • Train customers on product features, best practices, and usage optimization as needed.
  • Stay current on industry trends, market activity, and competitors.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to deliver accurate and tailored solution offerings.
  • Work with the marketing team to identify and execute co-marketing opportunities with strategic customers.
  • Build relationships across customer organizations and influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
  • Lead and support virtual teams to drive customer success and follow-through.
  • Represent Soracom’s leadership principles in daily customer interactions.

Requirements

  • 3-7 years of experience generating revenue in cellular IoT solutions and services.
  • Demonstrated record of high performance and consistently achieving or exceeding goals.
  • Experience communicating customer needs and translating them into effective solution positioning.
  • Extensive experience with customer agreements, negotiations, and billing structures.
  • Ability to travel as needed for company events and business or customer meetings.
  • Experience using Salesforce and Slack, or comparable tools.
  • Must live in a major U.S. metro area with easy access to air travel.
  • Spanish language skills are a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of networking, cellular technologies, and AWS services is a plus.
  • Fully remote work eligibility in the USA.
