Description

  • Own the customer experience across engagement, adoption, retention, and growth.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to customers by understanding their business needs, workflows, and challenges.
  • Identify and develop new use cases and value propositions for Antenna data and products.
  • Collaborate with the commercial team to expand customer relationships and drive growth strategies.
  • Track customer health metrics and proactively address risks with support from the Antenna team.
  • Onboard, guide, and support customers throughout the full customer lifecycle.
  • Act as the voice of the customer by partnering with Product to share feedback and influence feature prioritization.
  • Work with co-founders, Analytics, Product, and Sales to ensure Antenna delivers on customer needs.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of relevant experience.
  • A strong track record in customer success or client service.
  • Experience owning enterprise accounts and consistently exceeding retention quotas.
  • Excellent communication skills, especially for technical or complex products.
  • Experience presenting to and influencing stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
  • Ability to thrive in dynamic environments with change and ambiguity.
  • Bonus: Deep interest in the subscriber economy, including streaming, and established relationships across the ecosystem.
  • Bonus: Experience working inside innovative, high-growth companies.
  • Bonus: Experience working with viewership data.
  • Remote-first availability, with applicants welcomed from anywhere in the United States.

Benefits

  • Total annual earnings of $90,000 to $120,000.
