Description

  • Partner with existing clients after the sale to support implementation and adoption of Shiftmove.
  • Help customers realize maximum ROI from the platform by guiding them through best practices and use cases.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to prospective clients and explain how Shiftmove can solve their operational challenges.
  • Understand the needs of fleet managers, business owners, drivers, and dispatchers and tailor communication accordingly.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and demonstrate tech-driven solutions.
  • Contribute industry expertise to help influence the product roadmap.
  • Collaborate within a high-performing, highly collaborative Go-To-Market team.
  • Take ownership of work, make decisions, and contribute ideas in a fast-moving SaaS environment.

Requirements

  • Several years of hands-on experience in fleet management, logistics, mobility, or corporate operations.
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong empathy and communication skills with the ability to build rapport across different stakeholder groups.
  • Analytical, curious, and solution-oriented mindset with an interest in tech-enabled process improvement.
  • Willingness to transition from traditional operations into a SaaS environment.
  • No prior tech sales, CRM, or SaaS experience required.
  • Resume does not need to include tech keywords such as "SaaS," "CRM," or "pipeline."
  • Open to candidates from diverse backgrounds and career paths.
  • Ability to adapt to a structured onboarding program focused on SaaS, consultative sales, and digital customer success.
