Description

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to customers and drive business value through SwiftMR adoption.
  • Install and configure the MRI enhancement solution at new customer sites.
  • Optimize MRI scan parameters and integrate the solution with customers' IT infrastructure.
  • Provide comprehensive product training to ensure optimal customer outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries related to product performance, image quality, and usage.
  • Educate channel partners on product installation, MRI scan parameter setup, and best practices.
  • Work with the Head of Customer Success and Business Development Managers to align sales priorities and drive renewals.
  • Implement customer success strategies in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Coordinate with the Product Operations team in Seoul on new version training, rollout timelines, escalations, and feature requests.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree, radiographer qualification, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 2+ years of experience as an MRI Application Specialist or Engineer.
  • Experience with MRI protocol optimization, preferably in a clinical setting.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to MRI image quality.
  • Interest in IT and willingness to learn network and software troubleshooting.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • German language proficiency is a significant advantage.
  • Demonstrated responsibility and proactiveness in handling urgent customer inquiries and collaborating with team members.
  • Passion for staying updated on new technologies and using that knowledge to deliver customer value.
  • Open-minded, creative, and adaptable to an innovative scale-up environment.
  • Availability to travel primarily within the DACH region, with occasional travel to other EMEA locations and South Korea.
