Description

  • Make 80–120 outbound calls per day to business decision-makers using a provided script and CRM.
  • Set 3–5 qualified appointments daily for the sales team.
  • Log all call outcomes and follow-up tasks in the CRM.
  • Use email and LinkedIn to confirm appointments and reduce no-shows.
  • Report daily call and appointment metrics to the manager.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of outbound B2B calling experience.
  • Proven track record of booking at least 30 qualified appointments per month.
  • Ability to work US Central Time during 8 AM to 5 PM CST business hours without overlap issues.
  • High-speed internet with a minimum speed of 20 Mbps.
  • Noise-free remote workspace.
  • Experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar.
  • Proficiency with MS Office tools, especially Excel.
