Description

  • Nurture relationships with key contacts in the Health Plan and TPA communities to strengthen partnerships and increase understanding of SmithRx capabilities.
  • Drive opportunity growth through the Health Plan and TPA channels.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Sales Ops, Partnerships, Strategy, Analytics, Product, and Marketing.
  • Ensure partner work is informed by market influencers and payer-specific needs.
  • Brainstorm and develop creative approaches for partner enablement.
  • Facilitate meetings with partners to build excitement around SmithRx’s value proposition.
  • Assist with responses to partner-sourced RFPs.
  • Maintain partner playbooks and create collateral for the evaluation process.
  • Travel 10-15% based on season and business needs.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience with a bachelor’s degree.
  • 1-3+ years of experience with a master’s degree.
  • PBM or Health Plan experience working with payers, TPAs, or brokers preferred.
  • Partnerships or relationship development experience in a growth health-tech environment is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of PBM pricing and underwriting.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-changing environment.
  • Ability to quickly understand complex internal processes and needs.
  • Excellent poise, presentation skills, and strong writing skills.
  • Adept at social selling and professional networking.
