Description

  • Lead the full end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation through proposal, negotiation, closing, and ongoing account management.
  • Develop and manage sales and account management strategies for the Canadian Public Sector and related accounts.
  • Generate new leads and identify opportunities through networking, prospecting, cold calling, and internal marketing and PR support.
  • Lead target account selling activities including qualification, scoping, closing strategies, and negotiations.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand business goals, meet expectations, and identify contract growth opportunities.
  • Manage and resolve escalated customer challenges and roadblocks.
  • Develop and present business reviews on client program performance aligned to strategic initiatives.
  • Facilitate and participate in contract negotiations across commercial and regulated healthcare and insurance programs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and partners to align on client expectations, deliverables, and product adoption.
  • Maintain awareness of the competitive landscape, market trends, solution capabilities, and pipeline health to support sales planning and quota attainment.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of relevant sales experience in Canadian Public Sector environments.
  • Experience in B2B software or technology sales with demonstrated revenue generation impact.
  • Proven success managing long sales cycles and consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas and targets.
  • Demonstrated ability to close large and complex contracts in the Canadian Public Sector.
  • Experience developing complex, client-focused strategic solutions for customers and prospects.
  • Knowledge of building and contracting bundled government-sponsored healthcare service models, including value-based care, telemedicine, screening, and therapeutics.
  • Healthcare experience preferred.
  • Ability to independently seek information, manage ambiguity, solve complex problems, align resources, and deliver results.
  • Ability to use Windows or Mac, Google Suite, and Salesforce (CRM) preferred.
  • Ability to travel 25-40% of the time.
