Description

  • Identify, research, and map high-potential companies and key decision-makers across the EMEA region.
  • Build high-quality target lists using Cognism, LinkedIn, news feeds, online databases, and AI-powered prospecting tools.
  • Initiate cold outreach through cold calling, tailored email campaigns, and social selling to generate pipeline from scratch.
  • Engage C-level executives and key stakeholders and build relationships based on their business model and hiring needs.
  • Educate prospects on the value and financial benefits of the global hiring solution and tailor pitches to their pain points.
  • Draft and follow up on commercial proposals, handle objections, and move deals through the sales process to close against quarterly targets.
  • Maintain accurate data and interaction logs in Salesforce.
  • Use revenue intelligence tools such as Gong and Clari to improve sales execution and forecasting.
  • Stay current on industry developments and regulatory changes in global employment.
  • Bring an entrepreneurial, high-performance mindset to a fast-growing sales team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business, finance, or international relations.
  • 2–4 years of experience in a dedicated outbound or hunting sales role.
  • Proven track record of meeting quotas and selling successfully to C-level executives.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in modern outbound sales strategies, including multi-channel sequencing, advanced cold calling, and social selling.
  • Experience in global operations, international HR/payroll, or a B2B SaaS product with a financial focus is a strong plus.
  • Structured training in established outbound sales methodologies is required.
  • International work or travel experience, or experience in a fast-paced startup environment, is a distinct advantage.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with professional fluency in English; additional EMEA languages are a plus.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce, Clari, Gong, and Cognism is preferred.
  • Experience using AI tools for lead generation, message personalization, or workflow automation is highly valued.
  • Exceptional resilience, advanced objection-handling skills, and the ability to build trust quickly over the phone and video.
  • SPIN Selling, Challenger Sale, or Sandler methodology is highly advantageous.
