Description

  • Provide support for monthly forecasting and sales transaction processes for assigned accounts and territories.
  • Attend forecast calls and review sales pipeline and deal data in Clari and Salesforce to identify booking risks and customer impact.
  • Partner with account managers to manage pipeline and drive revenue growth.
  • Resolve deal issues during negotiations and provide guidance on complex deal structures and non-standard requests.
  • Escalate specialized issues to the appropriate internal partners for resolution and approval.
  • Coordinate deal reviews with sales and support training, development, and operational policy compliance.
  • Analyze customer licensing, products, and usage to identify new revenue opportunities.
  • Prepare routine reporting and analysis on team operations and transaction metrics.
  • Share best practices, create SOPs, and contribute to training and the team knowledge base.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal departments including Deal Desk, Order Operations, Revenue Accounting, Finance Operations, Legal, Customer Success, Sales, Professional Services, Tax, and others.
  • Support end-of-month, end-of-quarter, and end-of-year close activities to ensure timely business completion.

Requirements

  • 5-8+ years of experience in a sales operations role supporting a cloud/SaaS go-to-market organization.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and the ability to analyze complex deal issues and solve problems independently.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer-oriented communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize workloads and manage time effectively.
  • Knowledge of revenue recognition rules and requirements related to software and services.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Reporting.
  • Proven ability to build strong, positive relationships with business partners across the organization.
  • Understanding of operational quote-to-cash business processes.
  • Exposure to contract negotiation and drafting, including legal and financial governance.
  • Must reside in Costa Rica and be eligible for remote work within Costa Rica.
