Description

  • Own the development, implementation, and administration of sales incentive structures in partnership with sales leadership, strategy, finance, and product teams.
  • Lead annual and quarterly quota-setting processes aligned to top-line targets and product-level objectives.
  • Build forecasting models, dashboards, and performance management frameworks to improve forecasting excellence and pipeline rigor.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on sales data, sales incentives, and the sales process across supported business units.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to standardize, automate, and improve planning and reporting processes across the sales organization.
  • Translate complex analyses into executive-ready insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Plan for future organizational needs, including headcount allocation, territory design, and structural evolution.
  • Own cross-functional programs end-to-end and drive alignment across Sales, Product, Finance, Analytics, and Sales Operations.
  • Map operational workflows, identify data gaps, and build AI-driven solutions that automate manual work and improve decision-making.

Requirements

  • High-achieving leader with experience in sales strategy, sales planning, strategy & operations, consulting, analytics, or related fields.
  • Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives with measurable business impact.
  • Highly analytical and comfortable working with large datasets.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and Salesforce preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with quota setting, incentive design, compensation modeling, and forecasting.
  • Ability to operate effectively across Sales, Product, Finance, and Analytics stakeholders.
  • Strong ownership, prioritization, and decision-making skills in fast-paced environments.
  • Compelling communicator who can influence senior stakeholders and align teams around a common vision.
  • Strategic thinker who can also execute with discipline and follow-through.
  • Preferred experience supporting SMB or B2B SaaS sales organizations.
  • Preferred experience with sales incentive management tools such as Anaplan.
  • Preferred experience designing territory models and headcount allocation strategies.
  • Preferred background in high-growth technology or platform environments.
