Description

  • Design and implement standardized renewal journeys based on customer value and complexity.
  • Automate high-volume renewals and establish workback schedules for enterprise accounts.
  • Architect CRM and Gainsight workflows to enable proactive risk identification before renewal.
  • Develop renewal planning and forecasting rhythms that create visibility and accountability across Sales and Customer Success.
  • Own weekly renewals forecast aggregation and improve reporting on risk aging, engagement gaps, and forecast accuracy.
  • Partner with leadership to design mitigation strategies and build playbooks, enablement assets, and tracking mechanisms.
  • Support the development and enforcement of commercial contract renewal standards within Customer Success.
  • Audit and continuously improve renewal processes to reduce friction for internal teams and customers.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, and Sales to formalize and scale commercial processes.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Renewals Operations, Sales Operations, or Commercial Risk Management in an Enterprise SaaS environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex commercial policies into streamlined workflows in Salesforce or Gainsight.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS contract mechanics, including multi-year terms, uplift caps, and termination logic.
  • Experience using retention data to diagnose cancellation and downgrade root causes and create segmented mitigations.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, and Sales to scale commercial processes.
  • Strong analytical discipline and systems thinking.
  • Experience in an enterprise SaaS environment is required.
  • Familiarity with CRM and revenue operations reporting infrastructure is preferred.
