Description

  • Acquire new logos by selling Smartsheet’s full suite of products and services.
  • Qualify and prioritize inbound leads and generate pipeline through the full-cycle sales process for commercial accounts of 200 to 4,999 employees.
  • Prospect through warm leads and use multithreading and consistent outreach to drive new business and expansion.
  • Respond to customer requirements, including RFPs, and define collaboration goals, success criteria, and program strategy.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and partner with Sales Engineers and Consulting teams to support the sales cycle.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to move opportunities through the full sales cycle with urgency.
  • Manage strategic and transactional deals to maintain a successful book of business.
  • Create and maintain Joint Engagement Plans for strategic solution deals.
  • Maintain accurate Salesforce records using MEDDICC qualification guidelines.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full sales cycle management experience with a proven track record in SaaS.
  • 1+ years of experience managing and maintaining customer relationships in a B2B environment.
  • 3+ years of experience in solution or consultative selling.
  • Experience prospecting and managing designated leads and domains while identifying new market opportunities.
  • Strong knowledge of LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Salesforce, Docusign, Outreach, and Tableau.
  • Ability to understand business pain points and return on investment.
  • Ability to continuously improve and adopt best practices.
  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
