Description

  • Conduct daily outbound prospecting through cold calls, email, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Run structured discovery conversations with prospective customers.
  • Qualify opportunities and set meetings for the sales pipeline.
  • Handle objections professionally during outreach and conversations.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up cadence.
  • Engage U.S.-based business professionals in real-time sales conversations.
  • Work with ongoing coaching to improve outreach and conversion performance.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in sales, outbound prospecting, or a customer-facing role such as SDR, BDR, retail sales, call center, telecom, or recruitment.
  • Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls.
  • Strong communication and active listening skills.
  • Coachable, resilient, and able to handle rejection.
  • Professional composure under pressure.
  • Demonstrated job stability and commitment.
  • Previous SDR/BDR experience is preferred.
  • Experience selling to or working with U.S.-based customers is preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot is preferred.
  • This role is not for candidates seeking a closing, managerial, leadership, short-term, transitional, founder, consultant, or senior-level position.

Benefits

  • Base pay of CA$40,000 to CA$60,000 per year plus commission.
  • Full-time employment.
  • Remote work setup based in Canada.
