Description

  • Generate new business by targeting sizable organizations and regulated industry clients, with no management of existing accounts.
  • Develop sales strategies for customers across financial services, technology, healthcare, and other verticals.
  • Maintain forecasting, pipeline, and communication notes in Salesforce to support the sales process.
  • Execute and measure daily sales activities using structured, time-bound methods and tools.
  • Collaborate with team members to define and improve current and future business processes.
  • Communicate opportunity and pipeline progress to internal stakeholders.
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure effective onboarding and satisfaction for newly acquired clients.

Requirements

  • At least 8 years of progressively complex sales experience.
  • At least 4 years of experience as a successful quota-carrying sales representative.
  • Proven success in generating new business and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets for large mid-market clients.
  • Experience selling SaaS products to Financial Services customers.
  • Deep understanding of financial services customer needs and compliance workflows.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to compliance needs across multiple verticals beyond financial services.
  • Strong consultative selling skills with experience solving complex client business challenges.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven effectiveness in pipeline management, forecasting, and maintaining clear account communication.
  • Advanced degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
