Description

  • Define and own the single source of truth for Revenue metrics across Sales and Marketing.
  • Automate insight generation, narrative writing, anomaly detection, and forecasting using AI tools and models.
  • Build internal AI agents to monitor new business sales performance and recommend next best actions.
  • Design and maintain automated reporting pipelines that inform the Revenue organization without manual effort.
  • Connect CRM, product, support, and financial data to surface growth levers and churn signals.
  • Partner with Revenue leaders to scope analyses, shape strategy, and translate findings into decisions.
  • Enable non-analysts across the Revenue organization to self-serve insights and improve data fluency.
  • Develop clear, compelling narratives from messy or incomplete data for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Support a real-time, data-driven decision-making culture across Revenue.
  • Help redesign how revenue decisions are made by replacing manual analysis with continuous AI systems.

Requirements

  • 3–7 years of experience in data analysis, ideally in B2B SaaS, fintech, or a high-growth startup environment.
  • Expert-level SQL skills.
  • Comfortable using Python or R for advanced modelling and automation.
  • Hands-on experience with BI tools; Tableau is preferred.
  • Deep understanding of revenue and GTM metrics, including leads, CVR, ARR, MRR, CAC, LTV, churn rate, pipeline velocity, win rates, and channel attribution.
  • Ability to turn messy, incomplete data into clear, compelling narratives for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and/or Customer Success teams.
  • Genuine daily use of large language models and a strong interest in AI-native workflows.
  • Ability to prompt, chain, and orchestrate LLMs for insight generation, data summarisation, and narrative creation at scale.
  • Must provide 1–2 examples of AI-built systems, tools, or workflows, ideally with code, a Loom, or a demo.
  • Background screening may include verification of education, criminal history, political exposure, and bankruptcy or adverse credit history.
  • A track record of ownership, humility, structured thinking, data-driven decision-making, and constructive conflict handling is valued.
