Description

  • Develop and execute field marketing plans aligned with regional sales goals and global marketing strategy.
  • Plan and manage multi-channel campaigns, including events, webinars, ABM programs, and digital initiatives.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to provide tools, content, and programs that support lead generation and conversion.
  • Organize and execute regional virtual and in-person events, including trade shows, customer roundtables, and partner events.
  • Measure, report on, and optimize the effectiveness of field marketing programs using performance data.
  • Work closely with product marketing, content, and digital teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
  • Partner with demand generation and other marketing teams to create integrated marketing programs that drive engagement and pipeline growth.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of B2B marketing experience, including at least 3 years in a field or regional marketing role.
  • Proven track record of planning and executing marketing campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue.
  • Strong understanding of the North American market landscape and buyer personas.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Marketo or HubSpot and CRM systems such as Salesforce.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% within North America.
  • Experience in the SaaS or technology industry.
  • Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.
  • Data-driven mindset with a passion for testing and optimization.

Benefits

  • Target base salary range of approximately $130,000 to $145,000 annualized.
