Description

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing and promotional plans for shows within the assigned region.
  • Collaborate with central marketing leadership, local teams, artist managers, agents, and other stakeholders on campaign strategy and execution.
  • Plan, book, track, and reconcile marketing budgets and advertising/media spend across multiple shows.
  • Build, monitor, and optimize digital advertising plans to improve campaign performance and ticket sales.
  • Write ad copy and schedule ads to reach target demographics and audiences.
  • Evaluate show performance market by market and adjust marketing tactics based on changing conditions and competitive factors.
  • Partner with digital media buying, partnerships, CRM, and creative teams to develop targeted digital marketing plans and custom creative.
  • Manage publicity efforts, press interviews, and artist availability for promotions in coordination with management, labels, and PR agencies.
  • Develop promotions with media outlets, including radio outreach, scheduling air time, and coordinating giveaways.
  • Create and manage email marketing campaigns, web content publishing, CMS updates, and day-of-show marketing duties as needed.
  • Oversee creation of marketing assets such as graphics, banners, posters, social posts, radio materials, and email creative.
  • Conduct marketing research, identify promotional partners and influencers, and build relationships with local businesses and vendor partners.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in Marketing, Business Communications, or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of related work experience.
  • Experience with media buying, digital media planning, and omni-channel digital marketing.
  • Experience working with email, mobile, and digital marketing programs.
  • Experience sourcing, managing, and publishing content.
  • Strong written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of social media and online marketing strategies.
  • Experience with MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Google AdWords, Rubicon, CMS, and Photoshop.
  • Functional knowledge and/or personal experience with WordPress.
  • Knowledge of programmatic media and real-time bidding.
  • Knowledge of data analysis and budgeting.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects at once.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Knowledge of the music industry.
