Description

  • Own the full lifecycle of localized marketing campaigns in Germany, from concept and design through execution and post-campaign analysis.
  • Develop marketing content for local audiences across email, push notifications, web content, social media, and other channels.
  • Design and implement campaigns focused on user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Optimize campaign performance using local market data insights and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on campaign objectives and culturally relevant messaging.
  • Analyze campaign results and market trends to generate actionable insights and recommendations for the country manager.
  • Bring fresh ideas and creative solutions to keep the marketing strategy competitive in a changing market.
  • Support broader company marketing initiatives and take on additional tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing or campaign management.
  • Strong knowledge of the local market or experience in a crypto exchange-related environment.
  • Proven experience in campaign management, digital marketing, or a related field.
  • Understanding of local user behavior and market dynamics.
  • Strong content creation skills across email, web, social media, and other digital platforms.
  • Ability to analyze local data, interpret insights, and optimize campaigns for improved performance.
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and German.
  • Experience creating content that resonates with the local market is preferred.
