Description

  • Drive top-line revenue through growth of an existing enterprise account base.
  • Sell Skillsoft content and platform solutions directly to corporate decision-makers.
  • Build relationships across multiple stakeholders and influence senior leadership within complex accounts.
  • Partner with sales, customer success, marketing, and support teams to advance critical opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver executive presentations with research, data, agendas, and tailored follow-up.
  • Set measurable business goals and timelines tied to revenue growth and whitespace expansion.
  • Provide management with feedback and recommendations on pipeline health, risk, opportunity, and progress.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of direct sales experience selling SaaS, B2B, or enterprise software to VP, SVP, and C-level executives.
  • Strong quota attainment history.
  • Must currently reside in the UK and be able to travel to customers in a regional territory when required.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong attention to detail and accurate pipeline documentation.
  • Ability to exceed sales targets and manage a full sales cycle effectively.
  • Ability to present solutions, challenge buyer thinking respectfully, and negotiate based on value and time to close.
  • Ability to collaborate and leverage subject matter expertise in a matrixed sales environment.
  • Self-motivated, urgent, and solution-oriented with an agile mindset.
  • Experience in learning, human capital, or human capital technology is preferred.
