Description

  • Own the full sales pipeline from prospecting and discovery through close, expansion, and account growth.
  • Build outbound pipeline by identifying and engaging marketing, brand, and creative decision-makers at mid-market and enterprise companies.
  • Lead discovery calls, pitch meetings, and client presentations to win new work.
  • Partner with Creative Directors and Strategists to develop proposals, pitch narratives, and solution positioning.
  • Guide clients through the creative process from brief and positioning through execution and delivery.
  • Develop consultative conversations that connect business challenges to creative solutions and measurable impact.
  • Grow accounts by identifying opportunities across teams, regions, and workstreams and expanding engagements over time.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and deliver accurate weekly forecasts.
  • Collaborate with Project Directors and Operations to scope work, align expectations, and set feasible timelines and resourcing.
  • Bring market and client insights back to inform offering development and cross-functional planning.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in client-facing roles within a creative agency, with experience selling creative services.
  • Proven track record of carrying and hitting quota, with $2M+ annually preferred.
  • Experience building pipeline through outbound prospecting.
  • Strong creative fluency across branding, campaigns, digital experiences, content, and production.
  • Working knowledge of creative tools and workflows such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and digital/web production.
  • Comfort leading client presentations and pitches and the ability to win the work.
  • Experience scoping, pricing, and negotiating SOWs for $100K–$1M+ deal sizes.
  • Proven ability to grow accounts and expand relationships over time.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a clear, direct, and confident style.
  • Experience navigating executive-level conversations and complex stakeholder environments.
  • Ability to collaborate across creative, strategy, and operations to shape solutions that are compelling and executable.

  • Base salary of $90K+ with uncapped commission.
  • Year one OTE of $150K+ and year two OTE of $250K+ as the book of business grows.
