Description

  • Own the customer relationship and account strategy for a portfolio of accounts.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and build relationships with multiple stakeholders, including executives and decision-makers.
  • Manage customer retention and the subscription renewal process.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews with customers.
  • Handle customer issue escalations as needed.
  • Partner with Marketing to develop customer references, testimonials, and events.
  • Maintain customer records in CRM, including contact history, meeting history, usage data, account plans, and cross-sell/up-sell opportunities.
  • Track customer attrition and risk ratings in CRM and develop mitigation plans.
  • Participate in industry conferences, trade shows, and other customer engagement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, Engineering, Professional Services, and Customer Support to support customer experience.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of customer relationship management or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate, present, and influence stakeholders at all levels, including executive and C-level leaders.
  • Experience delivering customer-focused solutions that improve customer satisfaction and revenue.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, self-directed environment.
  • Comfort managing multiple tasks in real time.
  • 4-year degree required.
  • Experience in the legal industry is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time.
