Description

  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls across client portals, marketing platforms, internal systems, and other digital systems.
  • Administer and maintain platforms used for B2B/B2C engagement, including login management, access troubleshooting, and system uptime.
  • Monitor system performance, identify issues, and coordinate timely resolutions to reduce operational disruptions.
  • Maintain documentation for system configurations, access protocols, and platform workflows.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, operations, and client services teams to support platform needs and user experience.
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors and platform providers on escalations, updates, and system enhancements.
  • Support data integrity efforts through backups, user audits, and compliance with security standards.
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding by setting up users, permissions, and system access.
  • Participate in system upgrades, integrations, and process improvements to increase operational efficiency.
  • Handle additional assigned issues and operational technology tasks.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in systems administration, platform administration, or digital operations.
  • Strong understanding of user access management, authentication protocols, and system permissions.
  • Experience supporting cloud-based platforms, SaaS tools, or marketing technology systems.
  • Ability to troubleshoot login issues, system errors, and user access problems.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to support both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Familiarity with security best practices and data protection standards.
  • Experience in a marketing agency or B2C-focused environment (preferred).
  • Exposure to CRM, customer portals, analytics dashboards, or MarTech platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Adobe Experience Cloud.
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft 365 Administrator are preferred.
  • Experience with SSO, MFA, or identity management tools.
  • Experience with Active Directory, Entra ID, Intune Endpoint Security, PowerShell, or cybersecurity core competencies.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple systems and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adaptability and customer-centric collaboration mindset.
