Description

  • Serve as the primary escalation point for complex technical issues from L1 and L2 engineers and ensure timely resolution within SLAs.
  • Architect, implement, and manage enterprise SSO and Identity Provider solutions.
  • Administer and optimize Google Workspace, including advanced security settings and audit logging.
  • Act as the SME for Atlassian tools, especially Jira Service Management, to improve IT and business workflows.
  • Configure and monitor SPF, DKIM, and DMARC to enforce email security standards.
  • Automate user lifecycle management through SCIM, JIT, and other provisioning protocols.
  • Oversee global Mac OS device management and hardware asset management using advanced MDM tools.
  • Manage complex storage infrastructure, including iSCSI, NFS, and SFTP environments.
  • Lead problem management efforts to identify root causes and implement preventive measures.
  • Create technical documentation such as architectural diagrams and high-level knowledge base articles.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 7–10+ years of experience in IT support, system administration, or infrastructure engineering.
  • Advanced certifications such as Professional Google Workspace Administrator, GCP Cloud Architect, or Atlassian Certified Professional.
  • Proven track record of managing complex identity migrations and enterprise-level MDM deployments.
  • Deep expertise in SSO and Identity Provider solutions such as Okta or Azure AD.
  • Mastery of identity protocols including OAuth 2.0, SAML 2.0, and OpenID Connect.
  • Hands-on experience with automated provisioning using SCIM and Just-in-Time (JIT) provisioning.
  • Expert-level knowledge of email authentication protocols SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.
  • Strong understanding of storage protocols such as iSCSI and NFS, plus experience with SFTP and core networking services like DNS and DHCP.
  • In-depth expertise in Google Workspace Administration, including organizational units, audit log analysis, and Chrome Enterprise Management.
  • Expert-level knowledge of Atlassian products, including Jira Service Management, Jira Software, and Confluence.
  • Experience with JSM Premium features, including on-call scheduling, escalation policies, and advanced notifications.
  • Experience with API integrations, webhooks, and scripting for user and data migration.
  • Experience with Enterprise Mac OS and Windows endpoint management using modern MDM solutions such as Rippling, Jamf, or Intune.
  • Advanced troubleshooting and scripting skills for Mac OS and Windows operating systems.
