Description

  • Create and manage content for blogs, LinkedIn, and social media to support the brand and audience engagement.
  • Develop and execute employer branding strategies and support PR and thought leadership initiatives.
  • Run paid advertising campaigns across Google and LinkedIn to drive demand generation.
  • Manage SEO efforts and website optimization to improve inbound performance.
  • Support inbound and outbound lead generation activities to contribute to pipeline growth.
  • Define service offerings and positioning for marketing initiatives and service lines.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to inform messaging, pricing, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Manage CRM and marketing automation systems to support marketing operations.
  • Execute email campaigns and lead nurturing programs to move prospects through the funnel.
  • Coordinate partnerships, events, and collaborations to expand reach and visibility.

Requirements

  • 1–8 years of marketing experience, including internships.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools such as CRM, social media, and analytics platforms.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
  • Experience with SEO tools for growth-focused marketing roles (preferred).
  • Experience with CRM and automation tools for marketing operations roles (preferred).
  • A content portfolio for content-focused roles (preferred).
  • Market research or consulting experience for product marketing roles (preferred).
