Description

  • Create and execute regional and account-focused marketing campaigns that generate sales opportunities for B2B partners.
  • Plan and run B2B marketing activities such as promotions, exhibitions, seminars, webinars, certification courses, case studies, presentations, trade marketing, media publications, and motivation programs.
  • Track campaign performance, report results, and adjust activities to improve efficiency.
  • Develop and update marketing materials and partner development tools based on regional market needs.
  • Monitor marketing policy implementation in the distribution channel and ensure partners receive Ajax HQ materials and tools.
  • Analyze partner businesses and local market trends to identify opportunities to grow sales and market share.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales stakeholders on both the company and partner side.
  • Gather regional product feedback and share market needs with the R&D team.
  • Manage marketing budgets and oversee project approval processes.
  • Hold regular partner meetings and maintain close coordination with the sales team.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in a fast-paced or growth-oriented environment.
  • Fluent English and native-level French, both written and spoken.
  • Background in the security industry is a strong advantage.
  • Proven track record of planning and executing successful product, service, or market launches.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and leadership skills.
  • Deep understanding of multichannel marketing strategies and the full marketing mix.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering commercially impactful marketing projects.
  • Proactive, open-minded, and results-driven mindset with an ambitious yet easy-going approach.
  • Willingness to travel across France.
