Description

  • Own the full sales cycle from inbound discovery through closing and onboarding.
  • Conduct 15+ discovery calls per week with C-level and Director-level prospects.
  • Uncover prospect pain points and create urgency during executive-level conversations.
  • Become deeply knowledgeable about the company’s offerings and match them to prospect needs.
  • Maintain disciplined follow-up and high deal velocity throughout the pipeline.
  • Keep HubSpot records clean, accurate, and actionable at all times.
  • Partner with Sales, Support, and Operations to support client satisfaction and share strategic insights.
  • Apply feedback quickly and adapt to changing startup priorities and strategies.
  • Work 9-hour shifts aligned to U.S. business hours and complete mandatory onboarding training.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of B2B sales experience across SMB, Mid-Market, or Enterprise segments.
  • Experience selling services to executive-level buyers in the U.S., Canada, or other international markets.
  • Proven track record of managing consultative sales cycles and driving value across multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in high-volume sales environments with strong follow-up discipline.
  • Strong proficiency with HubSpot, AI tools, and modern sales platforms.
  • Gritty, coachable, and self-accountable mindset.
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday aligned to Eastern Time, including Daylight Saving adjustments.
  • Ability to attend mandatory training from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST during onboarding.
  • Reliable high-speed internet with at least 50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload, plus a backup connection.
  • Quiet, professional, distraction-free workspace with a professional headset.
