Description

  • Partner with account executives and sales leadership to design and build sales processes.
  • Work cross-functionally to align business priorities and resources to accelerate revenue growth.
  • Scale the end-to-end selling process to reduce friction and improve efficiency.
  • Lead multi-functional projects from ideation through completion that impact new business, customer success, and retention.
  • Support territory alignment, account segmentation, and quota achievement.
  • Build models to analyze business health, including sales forecasting, pipeline generation and coverage, and customer utilization.
  • Help revenue teams use Salesforce to understand post-sale activities and measure success and key performance metrics.
  • Work with GTM teams to understand sales and customer success motions and optimize Salesforce accordingly.
  • Perform Salesforce administrative tasks such as user account maintenance, custom objects, custom fields, formula fields, validation rules, and custom list views.
  • Leverage external Salesforce consulting resources when needed.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as an administrator or developer on the Salesforce platform.
  • Experience building business processes in Salesforce that maximize usability and ensure data integrity.
  • Proven track record of working with leadership teams to implement complex business requirements within Salesforce and third-party applications.
  • Detailed understanding of custom objects, fields, validation rules, workflow rules, process flows, and visual workflow.
  • Strong skills in Salesforce (SFDC) and Excel.
  • Experience in a dynamic environment managing sales tools and processes.
  • Ability to determine when different Salesforce features or automation tools are appropriate for specific situations.
  • Experience using Salesforce consulting resources is preferred.
