Description

  • Develop and execute territory and account plans to achieve revenue targets within a defined portfolio.
  • Lead multiple concurrent enterprise sales cycles end to end, with a focus on new logo acquisition.
  • Own and grow large enterprise accounts while navigating complex decision-making structures.
  • Partner with Sales Engineering, Sales Development, and Field Marketing to drive deal strategy, pipeline generation, and execution.
  • Build and maintain relationships with channel partners to support pipeline development and co-selling efforts.
  • Develop a strong understanding of SingleStore’s products and communicate their business value to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and partners across assigned accounts and territory.
  • Travel within the assigned territory as required to support customer engagement and sales activities.

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of proven experience selling enterprise software solutions and driving revenue through new customer acquisition.
  • Experience with solution selling of disruptive technology in the data infrastructure space.
  • Strong understanding of modern data infrastructure, including open source communities and enterprise software such as business intelligence, analytics, ETL, and cloud infrastructure tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to sell to CXO or line-of-business stakeholders while emphasizing business value over product features.
  • Ability to connect with customers and understand their individual business needs.
  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) in a related field, or equivalent experience.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $150,000-$175,000 USD per year for candidates based in select U.S. cities.
