Description

  • Own the 3-year Total Rewards strategy and maintain a scalable, internally equitable total compensation framework.
  • Design and manage job architecture, pay bands, annual compensation review processes, and equity programs.
  • Own and evolve bonus and equity incentive programs tied to performance.
  • Oversee benefits strategy and administration across health, welfare, retirement, and leave programs for a multi-country workforce.
  • Equip managers and leaders with data, tools, and guidance for pay decisions and compensation conversations.
  • Own the multi-year people and culture technology roadmap across Workday, Greenhouse, and adjacent tools.
  • Deploy AI across people workflows, compensation benchmarking, pay equity monitoring, band placement modeling, and people analytics.
  • Build the people data foundation, including clean Workday data, integrated systems, governed access, and auditability.
  • Develop real-time people analytics and own reporting structure and board materials.
  • Ensure rewards programs comply with applicable regulations, filings, audits, and governance requirements across all geographies.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team across compensation, benefits, and people technology.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in Total Rewards and People Technology, with most experience in compensation and growing ownership of people data and HR systems.
  • Experience leading a team of 5 or more.
  • Experience designing and managing compensation and equity programs end to end, including executive compensation.
  • Deep Workday experience, including configuration decisions, data architecture, and integrations.
  • Multi-geography compensation and benefits experience required.
  • Mexico experience involving IMSS, statutory benefits, and labor law is strongly preferred.
  • Track record presenting to ELT and Board-level audiences with executive presence.
  • Demonstrated deployment of AI in HR, compensation, or people tech workflows.
  • Experience evaluating AI vendors, running pilots, and making build-vs-buy decisions for AI tools in HR.
  • Experience redesigning team roles as AI absorbs execution work and resetting performance standards.
  • PE-backed experience is a plus.
