Description

  • Lead the human resources function for the firm.
  • Manage recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compensation and benefits processes.
  • Support and build a positive, people-first workplace culture.
  • Provide HR leadership across both remote and on-site U.S. teams.
  • Build trust and influence across all levels of the organization.
  • Maintain strong self-management and accountability in a fully remote setting.
  • Help shape a workplace that supports the firm’s growth and service goals.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience leading or directly managing high-performing teams in a Human Resources function.
  • Knowledge of U.S. employment laws is required.
  • Experience with recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compensation and benefits best practices.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong self-management and organization in a fully remote environment.
  • Available full-time, 40 hours per week, during standard business hours (Eastern Time).
  • Experience supporting remote and on-site U.S. teams.
